MARSHALL, TX – A special after party will take place on May 15th, 2010 following the Texas Music Awards.  Michael Martin Murphey will perform in an intimate setting a the upstairs private room of the OS2 Pub downtown.

Only 75 tickets will be sold for this event.  This will be a close up show with the legendary cowboy singer delivering all your favorite songs like "Wildfire" and "Carolina In The Pines."

The show is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. but could be slightly delayed.  The producers have agreed to allow the B. J. Thomas concert at the Marshall Convention Center to end before the Michael Martin Murphey after party begins.  This will ensure that ticket holders to the Texas Music Awards can also see both concerts.

There is no reserved seating for this show, and tickets are on a first-come first-served basis.  The only place online to get tickets is at the Texas Music Awards website,
