What is swag?
Swag is the term used for those wonderful gifts given to award nominees by
generous businesses who want to keep their name in front of these rising
stars. It can be promotional items with your company name or logo, or
it can be more upscale gifts that remind the nominees of how much you
appreciate the music they make.
How do I donate swag?
Simply decide how many items you want to donate and deliver them to our
Swag Chief. This year, our Swag Chief is Geraldine Mauthe of the
Marshall Convention and Visitors Bureau.

What do I get if I donate?
That depends. Regardless of how
much you donate, you will be listed in the souvenir program as a swag donor.
If you use the chart below, and meet or exceed the suggested value for each
item donated, you will be eligible for sponsorship benefits. A dollar
value of your donation will be determined and you can receive sponsorship
benefits equal to 50% of the value of the donated items. Remember to
use retail value, not what you paid for the item.
How many pieces do I donate?
That depends on who you want to receive your donation. Refer to
the following chart to help you decide how many pieces to donate:
